Prices are subject to change without notice in response to raw material fluctuations, currency shifts, or regulatory changes prior to order confirmation.

Delivery dates and dispatch timelines are estimated in good faith but do not constitute strict legal obligations. UK Foil shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from delivery delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facilities or designated warehouse, unless alternative Incoterms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding visible defects, shortage in quantity, or non-conformance with the confirmed order specifications must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery.

Failure to notify UK Foil within this period constitutes unqualified acceptance of the goods as delivered.

We warrant that our products comply substantially with standard technical datasheets provided at the time of sale. Due to variances in application methods, substrates, and environmental conditions, the buyer remains solely responsible for testing and determining the suitability of materials for their specific manufacturing or packaging purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UK Foil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of production, operational downtime, or loss of profits—arising out of or in connection with the supply or use of our products.

Our total aggregate liability for any active claim under an order shall be strictly limited to the net invoice value of the specific defective products supplied under that order.

All trademarks, product names, logos, technical designs, and documentation featured on ukfoil.com are the exclusive intellectual property of UK Foil or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

UK Foil reserves the right to suspend or cancel any open orders or credit facilities immediately if the buyer breaches payment terms, becomes insolvent, or undergoes corporate restructuring that impairs financial reliability.

These Terms and any related commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where UK Foil operates.
